The Nail Lab is the brainchild of two driven young people, me and my sister who have dreamed of creating an unforgettable nail spa experience. 

I have been working in many professional Nail Salon and I was born with a love for elegant decor and designing from my aunt and my uncle Dinh Pham-Tho Hoang Vietnamese American nail owner with a passion for doing business.  Both of them have always been eager to establish a nail spa that could ultimately fulfill all the nail care needs of customers. However, they do not only strive to give customers the best nail services; they also advocate customer empowerment. What the customers want, they get.

I personally conducted research about nail spa services in CA, and the findings show that the greatest challenge in the industry is the lack of professionalism, the need for creativity in designing patterns, and the absence of ingenuity and meticulousness among employees. To overcome these challenges, I decided to found a well-qualified spa in Santa Cruz named The Nail Lab. I believe that it’s only in an environmentally-friendly atmosphere that customers can truly relax and enjoy quality service.
